Couples Therapy

Relationships can be both the most rewarding and most challenging aspect of our lives. As much as you might want to resolve the problems on your own, sometimes it takes a knowledgable third party to help you. With couples therapy, I can help you work through communication problems or navigate broken trust.

All couples face ups and downs. But when you’re utilizing the services of a trained therapist, your relationship will be better equipped to handle those ups and downs. I can guide you through relationship shifts, such as your upcoming marriage or a rupture in your relationship. Couples therapy can be useful at all stages of a relationship, whether you are wanting to fix longstanding issues, or simply want to reinforce the foundation of your relationship.

Individual Therapy

Therapy is a powerful tool for many people. Whether you have an ongoing mental health issue or you just want to talk through a stressful situation, asking for help isn't something to be ashamed of.

Individual therapy is a great place to work on your relationship with yourself and, in turn, your relationship with others. It is also a good place to deepen your understanding of yourself and your needs. No matter what’s brought you in, you can expect a comfortable and confidential environment.

Family Therapy

Family is the most important thing for many of us. Utilizing a family therapist is a helpful way for you and your family to work through your issues in a safe space. Whether you’re struggling with communication or navigating a family trauma, I can help your family learn to support and understand one another. I work with families in a variety of different life stages. Therapy is commonly useful leading up to, or following a divorce or other major life transition.

I work with families in various configurations and ages, including families with kids as young as 15 years old, families with adult children, and multigenerational families.
